• Private Sales: Transactions on Focus To Go are private agreements between the buyer and the seller.
• No Endorsement: Focus To Go does not endorse or guarantee the quality, condition, or legality of vehicles listed.
• Finality of Sale: All sales are considered final. Refunds or returns are not the responsibility of Focus To Go.

4. Refund Policy

• No Refunds After 3 Days: Buyers have a three-day period from the date of purchase to raise any issues directly with the seller. After this period, Focus To Go is not liable for any disputes or refund claims.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Listing vehicles that are not Ford Focus models.
• Misrepresenting the condition or ownership of vehicles.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities on the platform.

Focus To Go reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Focus To Go is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions conducted on the platform.
• We do not inspect vehicles or verify the accuracy of seller claims. Buyers and sellers engage at their own risk.

7. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Focus To Go harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of the platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved independently. Focus To Go does not mediate disputes or provide arbitration services.

9. Modifications

Focus To Go reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website and take immediate effect upon publication.
